What is a Powerlock connector?
A Powerlock is a single-pole, high-current connector used to carry temporary power from generators and supplies to distribution. Each line (L1, L2, L3, neutral and earth) has its own colour-coded connector, mechanically keyed so it can only mate with the right partner.
The bayonet lock and secondary locking stop connectors uncoupling under load, and the finger-proof IP2X design means live parts can't be touched. That's why Powerlock is the standard for live events, film and TV, rental, construction and standby power worldwide.
Why buy Powersafe from Distribution Zone?

The most common question we receive is which gender do I need? Powerlocks are not called Male and Female and this is due to how the product is built and interpreted.
